Hi!  My name is Blair Rice, and this is my thirteenth year of teaching.  I am a native North Carolinian and a graduate of Millbrook High School. I graduated from North Carolina State University in 1988 with a BA in Business Management.  Since I enjoyed it so much, I went back twice and have earned two masters' degrees in education.  I'm licensed to teach K-6 elementary education, 6-8 middle school math, K-12 special education, and 6-12 business/marketing education.

     I have been married for 30 years to my husband Kirk, and I have 3 children:  David (27), Colton (24), and Charlotte (19).  David is getting married this year! I have a cat name Bandit, and two amazing, clever border collies named Wolf and Finley.

     I enjoy reading, Sudoku, playing word games on my phone, jogging, yoga, drawing, Netflix chilling and eating chocolate.  I love Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, Star Trek, Stranger Things and many other fantasy/science fiction books/TV shows/movies.
